EAD at the Employment Tribunal

Whether we are pursuing claims or defending claims, EAD has great experience in preparing for and representing our clients at the Employment Tribunal.  An individual may need advice because they have been dismissed or they are the victim of discrimination.  Employment Law remains a complex legal area and there has never been a greater need to have specialist advice.  We have achieved some notable victories and just some of these are referred to below:-

EAD has also acted for businesses in defending claims.  Not all cases should be taken to a full Tribunal hearing and on occasions, the best advice is to achieve an economic and practical settlement.  Just some of our clients have said the following about EAD when defending claims at the Employment Tribunal:
