Gerald Edwards
Gerald studied law at Liverpool Law School and qualified as a solicitor in 1978. He joined EAD Solicitors LLP in 1998 having previously been a partner at another Liverpool firm. He is now a partner and head of the firm’s commercial property department. Gerald deals with high value company acquisitions and disputes as well as numerous high value purchases and leases.
Leanne Allen
Leanne Allen studied Law and French at Bristol and joined EAD Solicitors LLP in October 2005 from another Liverpool firm, where she qualified as a solicitor. Leanne deals with various aspects of commercial property, including business purchases and commercial leases. She also deals with development work, plot sales and works with landlords and tenants.
Matthew Wilson
Matthew trained at EAD Solicitors LLP and joined the department after becoming a qualified solicitor. Matthew deals with licenses in relation to pubs, clubs and restaurants, as well as property orientated commercial litigation.
Brian Morris
Brian is a consultant and has been with EAD Solicitors LLP for many years. He has a breadth of knowledge in all aspects of commercial property and licensing and has experience in dealing with planning disputes.
