Garry Abrams

Garry studied Law in Manchester and joined Edwards and Co. as a Solicitor in the 1970s. That Firm eventually became E.A.D. He has been with this firm ever since and was a founding partner in 1989. Garry deals with domestic and commercial property. He also has a particular interest in management. Garry has an MBA in Management of Law Firms. He is also Chair of the Firm’s Management Board.


Ian Gee

Ian is one of the original founding partners of E.A.D. having joined his predecessor in 1986 from a smaller city centre based firm specialising in property. Born and bred in Liverpool, Ian qualified in 1980 and has since worked almost exclusively in the field of property law. Ian now finds himself privileged to be the head of the property department at the firms city office.


Gerald Edwards

Gerald studied law Liverpool Law School and joined Edwards Abrams Doherty in 1998 having previously been a Partner at another Liverpool firm. He is head of the firm’s Commercial Property and Business Department and also deals with general company and partnership work.He has dealt with some high value company acquisitions and disposals as well as numerous high value business purchases and leases. The Department also has a specialist in all aspects of Licensing work and is shortly to be augmented when an Assistant Solicitor presently working in London joins it. Gerry is a member of the Law Society “Lawyers for Business” Group.


Rachel Speed

Rachel qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and since then she has specialised in residential conveyancing. She joined EAD Solicitors LLP in August 2006 to take on Garry Abram's case load, enabling him to take up a full time management role in the practice.


Jan Cook

Jan joined EAD Solicitors LLP two years ago. Since joining she has made several contacts and has links with many estate agents. Jan is experienced in dealing with all aspects of domestic conveyancing including Transfers of Equity and remortgages.


Esme Poulter

Esme joined EAD Solicitors LLP in September 2002. She previously served with the armed forces which included a tour in Bosnia as a communications specialist. Esme works closely with developers and estate agents on a number of residential conveyancing cases.
