Stephen Pinder

Stephen Pinder is the head of the Employment Law Department at EAD Solicitors LLP. He is a graduate of Sheffield University and qualified as a solicitor in 1988. He joined EAD Solicitors LLP in January 2000 having been previously a partner at Thompsons where he had experience for many years with employment rights cases. Stephen is a member of the EOC and DRC referral panels, and has 17 years of experience in advising trade unions and union members in connection with all employment law related issues. Stephen undertakes extensive training work on behalf of clients and has been involved in many important and reported cases for EAD Solicitors LLP.


Victoria Othen

Victoria is a graduate of Liverpool University and qualified as a solicitor in 1997, joining EAD Solicitors LLP in the 2000. Victoria has experience of all employment law related cases, with particular interest being in discrimination and equal pay cases. Victoria is a member of the EOC referral panel and has spoken at national union conferences in relation to equality issues.


Irene Flanagan

Irene is a graduate of Hull University and qualified as a solicitor in 2000. She joined EAD Solicitors LLP in December 2003 and since qualification, Irene has exclusively undertaken working for trade unions, employees and employers. Irene has also presented many employment update seminars for clients.


Clare Ward

Clare graduated from Liverpool University in 2000 and trained with the CIS Legal Department. She qualified in November 2003 and focuses on employment law work whilst being a member of the EAD Solicitors LLP Employment Law Unit. Clare also specialises in representing trade unions and their members in all types of employment law dispute.


Christopher MacNaughton

Chris is a graduate of Liverpool John Moores University and qualified as a solicitor in June 2004. Chris has experience of all areas of employment law, including unfair dismissal, contractual and pay disputes, collective rights, working time issues, and all forms of discrimination. Chris has a particular interest in advocacy and appears regularly before the Employment Tribunal.


Helen Brade

Helen is a graduate of the University of Northumbria and qualified as a solicitor in March 2005, having already gained several years of legal experience undertaking work for unions and their members. Since joining EAD Solicitors LLP Helen has pursued a full variety of claims for clients of the firm.


Thom Vaughan

Thom is a graduate of Manchester University and spent one year as an Erasmus scholar at the University of Amsterdam. Following additional periods of study Thom qualified as a solicitor in 2005. He specialises in commercial litigation with particular work being undertaken for self employed commercial agents.


Jenny Collins

Jenny is a graduate of the University of Liverpool, and qualified as a solicitor in 2005. Jenny pursues all types of employment law cases on behalf of union members.
