Leanne Allen studied Law and French at Bristol and joined EAD Solicitors LLP in October 2005 from another Liverpool solicitor firm, where she qualified as a Liverpool solicitor. Paul McCarthy
Paul McCarthy studied law at Liverpool University and has been qualified as a Medical Negligence solicitor since 1978. He is a partner at EAD Solicitors LLP and specialises in personal injury and Medical Negligence claims, with a particular interest in spinal and orthopaedic injuries and male urology. Paul is a Medical Negligence lawyer and member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and approved as a specialist by being a member of the Action Against Medical Accidents (AvMA) Panel and Law Society Medical Negligence Panel. Paul is the chairman of the AvMA North West Lawyers Support Group and Chief Assessor for the Law Society Medical Negligence Panel. In addition he was a member of Lord Woolfe's committee on Medical Negligence.

EAD Solicitors LLP's team dealt with ICC Arbitration for a civils contractor at an oil refinery works regarding additional works and disruption. This was a $5m case settled in pre-arbitration.
