Mike Sexton graduated in Law at Liverpool University and passed the Solicitors' Final Examination in 1986. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1988 having completed his training with another local Law firm before joining the Personal Injury Claims Department at EAD Solicitors LLP. He showed a particular flair for personal injury work. He joined EAD Solicitors LLP in January 1993 and was made Partner later that year. Mike heads up the Personal Injury Claims Department. He has undertaken Personal Injury Claims Department cases where settlements of over £1 million have been achieved. In his most recent Personal Injury Claims settlement he obtained an Order for guaranteed annual periodic payments of £109,000 for life together with a capital sum in excess of £1.5 million.

Cathy Fielding from the Personal Injury Claims Department

Cathy joined EAD Solicitors LLP's Personal Injury Claims Department in 1998 and became a partner in 2003. She works in the Personal Injury Claims Department dealing with road traffic accident claims and employment liability claims. She also deals with other general personal injury claims. Cathy is a member of APIL and is also Director of the Liverpool Law Society.

Yvonne Rogers from the Personal Injury Claims Department

Yvonne joined the Personal Injury Claims Department and was made a Partner in 2000 and became managing partner of our Old Swan office in Liverpool in 2002. Yvonne handles very varied Personal Injury Claims cases including tripping and slipping accidents, road traffic accidents and accidents at work.
