EAD Solicitors LLP appoints new solicitor to join expanding Clinical Negligence team
EAD Solicitors LLP has appointed solicitor Jennifer Lowe to its expanding Clinical Negligence department. Jennifer qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and joins from Walker Smith Way in Wrexham, where she was a solicitor working on clinical negligence cases.
Commenting on her decision to join the firm, Jennifer said:
"Before I joined EAD I was aware of the excellent reputation of both the Clinical Negligence team and of the firm as a whole. I am thrilled to be joining EAD as it serves such a wide range of clients and helps individuals with a broad variety of injuries and issues.
"I look forward to building my career as a specialist in this interesting and complex area of the law within the team at EAD Solicitors LLP."
The appointment comes at the end of a record year for the firm's medical negligence department which has doubled its' volume of work in the past 12 months.
Head of the Clinical Negligence team Helen Barry commented: "We are delighted to have Jennifer joining the team and are sure that her appointment will only continue to drive forward the department.
"We are committed to increasing our market share and hold a legal aid franchise from the Legal Services Commission so clients can obtain funding to help pursue a claim. Various members of the team also hold places on the Law Society Clinical Negligence panel and are approved by Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA)."
