Road Traffic Accident claim for taxi driver

EAD Solicitors LLP have recently settled a Road Traffic Accident claim for a taxi driver in which the insurers alleged low speed impact caused no injury. The Defendant did eventually accept responsibility for the accident, however the Defendant's lawyers alleged that the impact was not sufficient to cause an injury and produced an engineer's report which appeared to support this.
