James specialises in accident claims for people injured at work and joined EAD Solicitors in 2000 as a partner. He is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and the Solicitors' Regulation Authority specialist Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme. James comes from Merseyside and studied law in Nottingham. He qualified as a solicitor with a local trade union-based practice in Liverpool city centre in 1993, becoming a partner in 1998.
