A partner at EAD since 2000, Nick deals specifically with trade union clients and specialises in employers' liability claims, with a particular interest in industrial disease claims including asbestos-related diseases, industrial deafness, Hand/Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) and upper limb work disorder claims.
