Paul enjoys working to obtain compensation for trade union members who suffer from work-related diseases. Paul has a particular interest in pursuing claims for noise-induced hearing loss, asbestos-related illnesses, vibration-induced injuries, occupational dermatitis, asthma and repetitive strain injuries. Paul also deals with claims for professional negligence arising from the mishandling of personal injury claims by solicitors. Paul studied law at the University of Warwick and College of Law in Chester before joining EAD Solicitors LLP in April 2006 as a trainee solicitor. Paul qualified as a solicitor in January 2008.
