Steve specialises in occupational health cases including asbestos illnesses, deafness and work-related stress, and has handled a number of extremely severe occupational health cases with damages in excess of £2m. Steve has been a Higher Courts Advocate since 2002 and became a Fellow of The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers in 2005. He also deals with claims for Professional Negligence, particularly relating to mishandling of Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims, and is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association. Steve is also Vice President of the Liverpool Law Society. Steve is Senior Partner at EAD, having previously been Deputy Managing Partner at the firm and is also a member of the Law Society's Law Management Group. He has a particular interest in Risk Management and lectures to law firms on this subject. Steve studied at the University of Liverpool and the College of Law in Chester, qualifying in 1980.
