Gary Lesin-Davis

Gary is a Partner at EAD Solicitors and heads up the fraud and criminal law department. His practice areas include defending in cases involving complex crime, especially defending in serious fraud matters involving HM Revenue & Customs and complex drugs and money laundering cases. Gary also has significant experience in dealing with restraint proceedings and high value confiscation cases.

Gary was admitted as a solicitor in 1986 and became a higher courts criminal advocate in 1999. Gary is authorised as a fraud complex case panel supervisor by the Legal Services Commission. He is also a supervisor on the new Legal Services Commission 'Very High Cost Cases' Panel.

As a Higher Court Criminal Courts advocate, Gary has developed a particular speciality in seeking evidence from foreign jurisdictions. Past examples include the USA (Florida, California and Washington DC), Australia, Japan and Spain.
