Mike heads up the Personal Injury Claims department and specialises in acting for claimants with injuries of the utmost severity. He joined EAD Solicitors in 1993 and was made a Partner that year, becoming Senior Partner in 2008. On the 1st May 2011, Mike became Managing Partner at EAD. Mike is a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and a member of the Headway Personal Injury Solicitors' List. He has achieved settlements of over £1 million on numerous cases - his largest settlement to date is £2.7 million. In one case, he obtained annual payments of £109,000 for life to pay for nursing care costs, together with a lump sum in excess of £1.5 million for a 57 year old man disabled in a road traffic accident. Mike graduated in Law from the University and Liverpool and passed the Solicitors' Final Examination in 1986.
