John is the head of the Wills & Probate department at EAD Solicitors and has experience in many areas of non-contentious law. He currently deals with advice on wills and estate planning and prepares wills and trust deeds, particularly those involving high value estates and family businesses. He also deals with the administration of estates, particularly those of a complex nature and acts as a trustee for family and charitable trusts.
John qualified in 1976 and is a former President of Liverpool Law Society. He is a member of the board of governors at a local independent school.
