£300 Scheme
Instruct EAD Solicitors directly with your claim and receive
£300 cash as soon as the case is accepted and we receive an
admission of liability.
You can also refer a member of your family or a friend if they
have had an accident or injury.

The EAD Solicitors £300 referral scheme is subject to the
following Terms and Conditions:
• The claim must first be assessed and accepted by EAD
Solicitors LLP.
• Liability must be admitted.
• The personal injury element of the claim must have a
value in excess of £1000.00.
• A Conditional Fee Agreement form must be signed by the
client and returned to EAD Solicitors.
• Client must have instructed EAD Solicitors directly and
not through a Ministry of Justice regulated body.
• EAD Solicitors will only pay one referral fee per
claim.
• All third parties must be traced.
• Criminal injury claims are excluded.
• Uninsured drivers claims are excluded.
• Any referral fee will be repayable to EAD should you
transfer your claim to another solicitor or claims company once we
have accepted your claim. We will not transfer our file until the
referral fee has been repaid.
• Referral fee not applicable to union members. In the
first instance, union members should contact their representative
if they have had an accident or injury.
