Steve Campbell
Steve attended Liverpool University and graduated in 1981. After attending Chester Law College he joined EAD Solicitors LLP He became a Partner in 1989.He is now based at the firms office at Picton Road Liverpool where he deals with injury litigation ranging from £1000 to over £500,000.
Mike Sexton
Mike graduated in Law at Liverpool University and passed the Solicitors' Final Examination in 1986. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1988 having completed his training with another local Law firm. He showed a particular flair for personal injury work. He joined EAD Solicitors LLP in January 1993 and was made Partner later that year. Mike heads up the Personal Injury department but specialises in acting for claimants with injuries of the utmost severity. Mike is a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and a member of the Headway Personal Injury Solicitors List. He has undertaken numerous cases where settlements of over £1 million have been achieved and his largest settlement to date is £2.7 million. He has been descibed as being at the forefront of developments in personal injury law.In his most recent settlement he obtained an Order for guaranteed annual periodic payments of £109,000 for life together with a capital sum in excess of £1.5 million.
Cathy Fielding
Cathy studied Law at Liverpool University gaining a 2.1 llb (hons) law degree and then studied at Chester College of Law were she achieved a commendation on the legal practice course. Cathy joined EAD Solicitors LLP in 1998 and became a partner in 2003. She works in the Personal Injury Department dealing with road traffic accident claims and employment liability claims. She also deals with other general personal injury claims. Cathy is a member of APIL and is also Director of the Liverpool Law Society.
