Charles Boulton
Charles qualified as a solicitor in 1973 and has been a partner in the Wills and Probate Department at EAD Solicitors LLP since 1993. He is a committee member of the Merseyside Medico Legal Society, and a chair of governors at a local primary school in Liverpool. He is also the firm's money laundering officer and nominated partner, dealing with mediation and insurance. Charles has considerable experience in dealing with a wide range of clients. This includes advising on strategy to mitigate Inheritance Tax in relation to drafting Wills and in a series of other relevant circumstances. Charles takes pride that the staff in his department can give practical advice to clients in areas that they are sometimes reluctant to discuss. The wills and probate team is sensitive to all clients' needs in times of family crisis.
Angela Meecham
Angela is a senior probate clerk with many years experience in dealing with a wide variety of private client matters. This includes administering estates, drafting wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney, and advising clients in respect of lifetime gifts.
