The expiry of a commercial lease offers both landlords and tenants the opportunity to consider whether they wish to agree terms for a new lease. Unlike a rent review, where it is simply the rent that needs to be agreed, there are a multitude of issues which need to be negotiated, such as the length of the term, the inclusion of break clauses and the detailed terms of any service charge as well as the level of the rent.
If your lease is coming up for renewal and you wish to renew it, or your landlord has indicated they will oppose renewal, contact EAD’s lease renewal team immediately to make sure your rights are fully protected.
For more information on our commercial lease renewals call us on 0151 735 1000, or complete a call back request form and one of our specialist Lease Renewal solicitors will call you back, for a free and impartial chat.
Extremely happy with the outcome of my Personal Injury Claim and can only thank Paul McCarthy and his team at EAD Solicitors and also Tim Trotman my barrister arranged by EAD, for all their work and efforts on my behalf. As such I would highly recommend EAD to anyone in need of their service. Once again thanks to all involved.
