Martin Luther Kings 50 year anniversary
Today marks the 50th Anniversary of Martin Luther King’s famous ‘I have a dream’ speech. 50 years ago today Mr King delivered his inspirational speech to around 250,000 onlookers, protesting outside the Lincoln Memorial in Washington DC.

After centuries of oppression Martin Luther King Jr dreamed of equality; 50 years on racial prejudice does unfortunately still exist. However, if it wasn’t for great men like Martin Luther King, would we still live in a segregated society steeped in racial hatred?

EAD Solicitors firmly believe in equality, and that discrimination based on the grounds of race, gender or sexuality is a miscarriage of justice that should not be tolerated.

If you have been the victim of discrimination at work, or when applying for a job, then speak to our employment law solicitors. Our experienced Liverpool solicitors have successfully represented victims of discrimination.

EAD Solicitors also have a dream, that it will not take another 50 years to eradicate racial prejudice, that equality will become a reality and not remain a distant ideal.
