About Christopher

I am a Solicitor of 43 years standing experienced in both commercial and residential property, working in the firm’s Commercial Property department. We undertake a broad variety of Commercial Property work including:

  • Acquisitions of commercial and residential land for development
  • Acquisitions and sales of commercial properties
  • Acting for both landlords and tenants advising on existing leases and their renewal if required.
  • Acting for either landlords or tenants on the granting of new leases and related documentation such as schedules of condition, rent deposit deeds and agreements for lease.
  • Acting for land owners in connection with the development of land for  both commercial and residential use, including drafting of all necessary plot documents required to dispose of the individual units either as freehold or leasehold.
  • Advising and drafting any related development documents required, such as Section 106 Agreements.
  • Securitisation of land and properties acting for either lenders or borrowers.


I was educated at the Birkenhead Institute and passed the Law Society’s Qualifying Examinations Part 1 and Part 11 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in May 1975.

Spending time with family and friends, enjoying a wide selection of music, good food and wine, and walking and sailing and being close to the sea.
