I joined EAD in 2014. I was given my Training Contract which commenced in May 2015. I qualified November 2016. I now have an application pending to become an Advocate Solicitor.
I currently a Solicitor in the Catastrophic Department. I have experience assisting Mike Sexton on personal injury claims for clients who have unfortunately suffered life changing injuries, including brain injury and spinal injury.
I joined EAD with previous experience of dealing with Catastrophic injuries. I have experience of liaising with medical experts, specialists therapy providers for rehabilitation and case managers which ensure the care package and rehabilitation programme runs smoothly. This is all enabled by regular interim payments from the Defendant which also allows for maximisation of progress for the client.
During my time at EAD I have had experience of cases in areas including Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury, Court of Protection, Commercial Leases, Commercial Litigation; Intellectual Property disputes, Commercial Agency claims and Property/ Landlord and Tenant disputes.
