About Kirstie

I joined EAD Solicitors in December 2014, having already gained experience in various legal fields including Mental Health and Mental Capacity, Human Rights, and Clinical Negligence. I also spent five years working at Citizens Advice Bureau initially as a volunteer and subsequently as a Supervisor. I completed my training contract with EAD Solicitors in January 2017 undertaking seats in Personal Injury, Industrial Disease and Employment. I now deal with my own caseload of Industrial Disease and Personal Injury matters.

Education

I gained a LLB (Hons) Law with German degree from the University of Central Lancashire. I have also completed the Legal Practice Course and a Masters in Advanced Legal Practice focusing on Human Rights and Counter-terrorism measures.

Greatest Personal Achievement

Finally qualifying as a Solicitor and obtaining the Civil Higher Rights of Audience

After work

I enjoy socialising with friends, reading, eating and various exercise classes (necessity due to all the eating!). I am also on the Merseyside Women’s Lawyers Division Committee.
