I began my career at EAD as a Paralegal in the Equal Pay department, before becoming a Trainee Solicitor. Upon qualification and to date I have worked within the Employment Law department. On a day-to-day basis I am predominately involved in providing advice to Trade Union Officers and client’s in relation to unlawful deductions from wages, unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, redundancy and discrimination. I also regularly advise clients in relation to compromise agreements.
I studied at Leeds University and graduated with a BA Hons degree in European Politics. Following graduation I chose to convert my degree to Law and I studied the GDL (Graduate Diploma in Law) and then the LPC (Legal Practice Course) at the College of Law in Chester.
