Professional and Regulatory Work

EAD has acted for many individuals involved in employment disputes which impact upon the professional standing of the person going forward.  For example, we have acted for Doctors, Dentists, Nurses and those involved in the care sector when allegations have been made about conduct issues.  On occasions of our clients have been dismissed and we have been required to pursue unfair dismissal claims, and on occasions employers have referred clients to the relevant regulatory body, for example the Nursing and Midwifery Council, the General Medical Council, the General Dental Council and the Care Councils across the UK.

This is a specialist area requiring careful analysis of the evidence, and a most thorough approach to try to achieve the best result.  If this work is done incorrectly, a person may be struck off from the register of practitioners, meaning that in reality they may never work again in their chosen area of work.  Therefore, all clients subject to allegations of this kind need best advice, relying upon Solicitors with experience.

EAD has acted on behalf of many clients, providing advice, having charges struck out, and also representing individuals before the professional bodies.

If you need legal advice about your professional reputation and allegations brought against you contact EAD straightaway:-
