When you write your Will, you can record your funeral wishes. Sometimes Wills are not discovered until after the funeral. If your Will is found before your funeral, your loved ones aren’t legally obliged to follow your wishes.
If you have specific wishes in relation to your funeral, like the venue, hymns, songs, clothing or possessions you may want to be buried in, EAD Solicitors recommend you express these wishes to your loved ones. If you have already made loved ones aware of these wishes, writing them in your Will is a sensible thing to do.
EAD Solicitors have also created a Spotify playlist of the top Funeral Songs – check it out here EAD Solicitors TOP Funeral Songs this list was created by public opinion of what people wanted played at their funeral in 2012.
EAD’s specialist Wills and Probate Solicitors can help you plan your will and any wishes you may have written in it. Contact us today to protect you and your loved ones for the future.
Extremely happy with the outcome of my Personal Injury Claim and can only thank Paul McCarthy and his team at EAD Solicitors and also Tim Trotman my barrister arranged by EAD, for all their work and efforts on my behalf. As such I would highly recommend EAD to anyone in need of their service. Once again thanks to all involved.
