Checking your Will to see if it needs updating regularly
EAD’s Wills and Probate Solicitors recommend you check your current Will every 12 months to see if any circumstances have changed, these can include:
Got Married (or entered a civil partnership)?
Divorced (or dissolved a civil partnership)?
Bought a house?
Acquired furniture or jewellery?
Won the Lottery or inherited large amounts of money?
Had Children or grandchildren?
Someone’s died (including beneficiary or executor)?
Change of address?
Provision of Charities or legacy?
Set up a trust?
Changed your name?
Cash gifts in your Will, have changed due to inflation?
Removal of any beneficiaries?
Hear the law has changed and it may affect your Will?
If you have answered yes to any of these questions, then contact our Wills and Probate Solicitors today. Call us on 0151 735 1000 or complete our call back request form and one of our Liverpool solicitors will call you back.
Extremely happy with the outcome of my Personal Injury Claim and can only thank Paul McCarthy and his team at EAD Solicitors and also Tim Trotman my barrister arranged by EAD, for all their work and efforts on my behalf. As such I would highly recommend EAD to anyone in need of their service. Once again thanks to all involved.
